The company's problem
Staff levels differ widely, so one class leaves some people behind and bores the rest. Traditional classes take time out of the working day, and a few months on there is nothing to show where the investment went.
How TNC Academy solves it
Grouped by level, not by department
An entrance assessment first, then staff are placed at the level that fits.
Studied outside working hours
Self-study fits around each person's schedule. Live online classes are scheduled by agreement, outside working hours.
Measured against checkpoints
Regular sittings on the testing platform, with results broken down by skill, so the company sees real progress.
Three levels
| Level | CEFR | Aimed at |
|---|---|---|
| Vigo Business 1 · Foundation | A1 to A2 | Basic communication in a work setting |
| Vigo Business 2 · At work | A2 to B1 | Day-to-day work discussions and basic correspondence |
| Vigo Business 3 · Professional | B1 to B2 | Meetings, presentations and work with overseas partners |
Each level runs on a forty-week cycle: two self-study lessons a week, forty live online classes, and four progress sittings on the testing platform.
